Adapting to each context and each family, Kiddocky is a pedagogical, playful and intuitive way of giving meaning to family learning, having an ever-present public statement, whose pillars are the promotion of conscious and positive parenting.
Beginning with animals that children easily recognize and associate with a story, it becomes easier to manage everyday activities at home and with the family.
For the youngest family members, the Sheep’s hour may indicate they have to brush their teeth to go to bed, while for their older brothers it may mean it is time to organize their school bag for the following day, brush their teeth and sleep!
Autonomy
To establish a routine of practical tasks and to make children grasp the importance of fulfilling their responsibilities.
Time management
Helps youngsters understand abstract concepts as “time”.
Organization
Facilitates children assimilation of the moment when each daily task must be performed and of which moment of the day is related.
Memory
Provides positive reinforcement on remembering it is time to perform each activity.

Why do we talk about routines?
Routines are very important because they enable the creation of a structure for the child’s everyday life, a child who independently solves problems, follows his/her interests, makes choices and sensible decisions.

Autonomy and Responsibility, a feasible dream!
To identify in Kidocky if it is already time to play or have a bath will deploy the accomplishment of these goals.
From the created routine and daily tasks performance repetition, the youngsters begin to realize they can do the activities and organize their time without adults having to remind them of their commitments, thereby promoting in children the development of confidence and regulation without the adult’s constant guidance.
E o pensamento lógico?
Entre os 2 e os 7 anos de idade, as crianças já conseguem utilizar símbolos e, através de experiências, começam a ser capazes de julgar a forma, o tamanho e as relações, sendo também nesta fase que se começam a desenvolver os conceitos de “mais”, “menos” ou “metade”.
Através do Kidocky, a gestão autónoma das tarefas começa a regar as sementes do lógico-matemático nos seus cérebros, começando também a desenvolver a base dos conceitos complexos e abstratos como é o de “tempo”.
Mas…que atividades podem as crianças fazer?
Ao longo do seu desenvolvimento, cada criança pode ficar responsável por tarefas progressivamente mais complexas e de maior responsabilidade, podendo estar identificadas no Kidocky para que sejam facilmente reconhecidas por imagens ou pela ordem em que estão colocadas.

A comunicação cooperativa e colaborativa estabelece laços de empatia que orienta as famílias a colaborarem mais nas suas tarefas do quotidiano, trabalhando em equipa e dando espaço para que as crianças se tornem mais participativas e proativas.
Conversar sobre as tarefas do Kidocky, sobre os animais e os meios de transporte que lá se encontram pode revelar impactos muito positivos no desenvolvimento dos mais novos!
