TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
All our products have a 2 year warranty according to Portuguese law. In case of breakdown, malfunction or doubt in assembly or handling, please contact us.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to return within a maximum period of 2 months, if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other non-conformities in relation to the items ordered.
Returns can be made within 30 days of notification of the defect and the product must keep its original box. Kidock Stuff Ltd. will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to the respective refund (if applicable).
Considering that our products are produced and assembled by hand, each product is unique and it is natural that some imperfections can happen.
As a rule, the seller refunds within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of confirmation via email of the right to a refund.
If the defect or non-compliance is confirmed as justifying the return, the full amount paid or the shipment of a new product will be refunded.
The refund of the amount paid will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, except when payment was made via entity and reference. In this case, the IBAN will be requested for the respective return.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.
RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL
The customer may, if not satisfied with the products supplied, return them within 14 calendar days of receipt.
As a rule, the seller refunds within 10 working days and, in any case, within 30 days from the date of confirmation via email of the right to a refund.
The right to return only occurs as long as the products:
- They do not show dirt or any signs of use;
- Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged;
- Be complete;
HOW TO PROCEED
1 – Send email to contact@kidocky.com
The body of the email must contain the following information:
– Order number;
– Reason why you want to exchange or return the product;
– Tell us the items you want to return/exchange;
– If you are returning and have paid by bank transfer or entity and reference, tell us your IBAN, so that we can make the refund.
2 – Place article in the box
You can use the original packaging where you received the order;

3 – Refund
After receiving and analyzing the product, Kidock Stuff Lda. will inform the customer to which he is entitled (if any). The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
